Dental marketing, measured in patients

We run Facebook, Instagram and Google ads for UK dental practices and groups, make sure every enquiry is called while it’s still warm, and show you which ads became consultations and treatment revenue.

Where the money leaks

Most practices pay for patients they never see

Between the ad and the chair there are five handovers, and each one leaks. Most agencies only look at the first, which is why cost per lead goes down while the diary doesn’t fill.

We work the whole chain, and measure it end to end.

01 · Ad

Wrong people

Cheap clicks from people looking for NHS places, emergencies or a free check-up.

Treatment-specific campaigns aimed at private patients and the postcodes that pay.

02 · Enquiry

Thin forms

A name and number with no idea what they want or when.

Qualifying questions: treatment, timeframe, budget and finance interest.

03 · Call

Called too late

Reception rings the next day. The patient has already booked elsewhere.

Instant alerts, an auto-reply, and a daily list of leads nobody has rung.

04 · Consult

No-shows

Booked consultations that don’t turn up, with no deposit and no reminder.

Reminder sequences and deposits, with show rates tracked by campaign.

05 · Treatment

Untracked revenue

Nobody can say which ad the patient came from once they pay.

Payments matched back to the ad, so budget follows treatment value.

The first 90 days

Measure first, then spend

Every new practice starts the same way. Tracking goes in before the budget goes up, so every decision after launch is made on real patients, not guesses.

Weeks 1–2

Audit & tracking

Ad accounts, CRM and practice software connected. Your dashboard goes live with what you already have.

Weeks 3–4

Launch

New campaigns, forms and creative for your priority treatments, aimed at the postcodes that pay.

Month 2

Fix the leaks

Speed-to-lead, call scripts, reminders and the leads nobody rang. The cheapest growth you’ll ever buy.

Month 3

Scale what pays

Budget moves to the treatments, clinics and areas producing revenue, not just leads.

Patient tracking

See which ads become patients

Your dashboard joins ad spend to leads, consultations, attendance and what each patient paid, by treatment, clinic and postcode. Updated through the day, and yours to log into.

By treatment and clinic

Know whether implants in one clinic are paying for aligners in another.

By postcode

See where your highest-value patients live, and point the ads at those areas.

Leads nobody called

A same-day list for reception, so paid enquiries don’t quietly go cold.

Practices and groups

Built for one surgery or twenty

An independent practice needs a few high-value patients a month, booked by a small team that’s already busy. We keep it focused: one or two treatments, a follow-up process reception can actually run, and numbers you can check in a minute.

A group needs to know which clinics are growing and which are carrying the others. Every site gets its own budget, targets and catchment map, with one view across the group.

  • Treatment coordinators get qualified enquiries with the patient’s treatment, timeframe and finance interest already captured.
  • Practice managers get a daily list of who to call, and see show rates and conversion by clinic.
  • Owners see spend against treatment value, not clicks against impressions.

Advertising rules. Every ad and landing page we write follows the GDC’s guidance on ethical advertising and the ASA’s CAP Code: no misleading claims, clear pricing and finance terms, and no pressure tactics. Your practice’s reputation is never the price of a lead.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll talk to the person accountable for your results, not a sales team.

Nuvic is founder-led. On your first call we’ll look at your current ads, how enquiries are handled and what your diary needs, then tell you plainly where the growth is, even if the answer is that you don’t need us yet.

Questions practices ask

Dental marketing FAQs

What does a dental marketing agency actually do?

It brings new private patients into your practice. At Nuvic that means three connected jobs: running Facebook, Instagram and Google ads for specific treatments; making sure every enquiry is followed up fast enough to book; and tracking which ads produced consultations and treatment revenue, so budget goes where patients come from.

How much does dental marketing cost in the UK?

You pay two things: a monthly management fee to us, and an ad budget paid directly to Meta and Google from your own accounts. The right ad budget depends on your treatments, your area and how many new patients your clinicians can take. We work it out from your numbers on the first call, rather than selling a fixed package.

Do you work with single practices and multi-site groups?

Both. For an independent practice we usually focus on one or two high-value treatments first. For groups, every clinic gets its own budget, targets and catchment, so you can see which sites are growing and where the next pound should go.

Which treatments do you market?

Private treatments where marketing changes the numbers: dental implants and full-arch, Invisalign and clear aligners, composite bonding, veneers, whitening, and private new-patient exams. Each treatment gets its own campaigns, so it is judged on its own patients and revenue.

Can you filter out NHS and emergency enquiries?

Yes. Targeting, wording, negative keywords and qualifying questions on every form are set up to attract private patients for the treatments you want, and to keep NHS waiting-list and emergency-only enquiries away from your paid campaigns.

Do you work with our software and CRM?

Yes. We connect to the systems you already run, including Dentally, GoHighLevel and HubSpot, so enquiries, bookings and payments can be matched back to the ad that brought each patient in.

How quickly will we see results?

Enquiries usually start within the first few weeks of launch. The bigger gains come in months two and three, once tracking shows which treatments, clinics and postcodes actually turn into revenue and the budget moves there.

Do we keep our ad accounts and data?

Yes. Campaigns run in your own ad accounts with access you grant, and your dashboard shows you exactly what we see. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.
