Veneers marketing
Win veneer cases on trust, not on price
Veneers are a big, visible and largely irreversible decision. Patients research for a long time, worry about looking unnatural, and are bombarded with overseas offers. Your marketing has to show judgement as much as results.
The problem
Veneer patients are cautious, and they should be
A veneer patient is weighing appearance, cost, permanence and the fear of ending up with teeth that look fake. Many have seen the overseas offers and the social media horror stories in the same week.
Practices that advertise veneers like a quick fix pull in people who want the cheapest possible price, while the patients who would value careful planning scroll past. And because the decision takes time, a practice that calls once and gives up loses most of the cases it paid to find.
What we do
Show the clinician, explain the process, stay in touch
- Clinician-led creative: the dentist explaining how they plan a case, why preparation is kept minimal where possible, and when they would recommend something else instead.
- Separate messages for porcelain and composite veneers, because the price, longevity and patient are different.
- Landing pages that answer the hard questions: is it reversible, how long does it last, what happens if one chips, how does finance work, and what happens at the first appointment.
- Google campaigns aimed at people comparing options, with overseas, DIY and “cheap veneers” searches excluded unless you want them.
- Long-cycle follow-up: a planned run of calls, emails and SMS between enquiry, consultation and decision, including what-to-expect content and the option of a smile design or mock-up.
- Tracking to accepted plans, so you know what a veneer case really costs to win.
Advertising rules. Every ad and landing page we write follows the GDC’s guidance on ethical advertising and the ASA’s CAP Code: no misleading claims, clear pricing and finance terms, and no pressure tactics. Your practice’s reputation is never the price of a lead.
How it’s measured
Measured on accepted plans
A single veneer case can be worth far more than a general enquiry, so judge campaigns on plans accepted rather than leads collected.
- Cost per veneer consultation
- Spend per consultation attended, split by porcelain and composite.
- Consult-to-plan rate
- The share of veneer consultations that become an accepted treatment plan.
- Days to decision
- Time from first enquiry to accepted plan, so follow-up lasts long enough.
- Treatment value
- What veneer patients from each campaign went on to pay.

Questions practices ask
Veneers FAQs
How do I market veneers without attracting bargain hunters?
Lead with the clinician and the planning process, not the price. Explain who veneers suit and who they don’t, show the consultation as the first step, and exclude searches for cheap or overseas veneers. Patients who value care tend to respond to honesty about limits.
Can we advertise smile makeovers with before-and-after photos?
Genuine, representative results can appear on your website with written consent, in line with GDC guidance and the CAP Code. Meta’s advertising standards restrict before-and-after images for cosmetic procedures in ads, so check the current policy before building a campaign around them.
How long does a veneer lead take to convert?
It varies widely. Some patients book within days, others take months while they save, research or wait for a life event. Follow-up should run for as long as your own data shows patients take to decide.
Should we compete with overseas veneer prices?
Usually not on price. Compete on what a local practice can offer: an in-person assessment, aftercare, a clinician who will still be there in five years, and clear finance. Say what is included and let patients compare like with like.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Campaigns run in your own Meta and Google accounts with access you grant, your CRM stays yours, and your dashboard shows you everything we see. If you ever leave, it all stays with you.
Do your ads follow the GDC and ASA rules?
Yes. Every ad, form and landing page we write follows the GDC’s guidance on ethical advertising and the ASA’s CAP Code: accurate claims, clear pricing and finance terms, consent for any patient imagery, and no pressure tactics.
