Google Ads for dentists

Be the practice they find when they’re ready

Someone typing “dental implants near me” is further along than anyone scrolling Instagram. We make sure they find you, and that you’re not paying for the thousands of searches that will never become private patients.

The problem

Most dental Google budgets pay for the wrong searches

Broad keywords quietly spend on “NHS dentist accepting patients”, “emergency dentist free”, “dental nurse jobs” and “how much does an implant cost in Turkey”. None of them become private patients in your chair.

Then the click lands on a homepage that doesn’t answer the question they asked, and phone bookings from ads go uncounted, so Google’s bidding never learns what a good patient looks like.

What we do

Tight control, treatment-led pages, real conversions

  • Campaigns per treatment and per clinic, written around what patients actually type, not industry jargon.
  • Search-term control every week: NHS, job, DIY, overseas and emergency-only searches excluded unless you want them.
  • Landing pages per treatment that answer cost, finance and what happens at the consultation, so the click has somewhere to go.
  • Call tracking, so phone bookings from ads count, not just form fills.
  • Offline conversions: bookings and treatment value fed back to Google, so Smart Bidding optimises for patients.

Advertising rules. Every ad and landing page we write follows the GDC’s guidance on ethical advertising and the ASA’s CAP Code: no misleading claims, clear pricing and finance terms, and no pressure tactics. Your practice’s reputation is never the price of a lead.

How it’s measured

The numbers we report

Every search term, every call and every booking, tied back to what it cost.

Wasted spend
Spend on search terms that never produce a consultation, cut weekly.
Cost per consultation
Per campaign and per clinic, including phone bookings.
Impression share
How often you appear for the treatment searches you want to own locally.
Treatment value
Revenue from patients who came through Google, from your practice software.

Who you’ll work with

We’ll go through your search terms with you and show you exactly where the budget is leaking.

Book a 30-minute call. We’ll look at what you’re running now and tell you plainly what we’d change, and what it should be worth.

Questions practices ask

Google Ads FAQs

How much should a dental practice spend on Google Ads?

It depends on the treatments, how competitive your area is, and how many new patients you can take. We set a starting budget from your numbers, then move spend to whatever produces consultations and revenue.

Should we run Google Ads and Meta ads together?

Usually, yes. Google catches people already searching; Meta creates demand for treatments people haven’t searched for yet. Run together and tracked to bookings, each makes the other cheaper.

Can you stop our ads showing for NHS searches?

Yes. Negative keywords, ad wording and landing pages are set up so NHS waiting-list and free-check-up searches don’t trigger your private campaigns.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Campaigns run in your own Meta and Google accounts with access you grant, your CRM stays yours, and your dashboard shows you everything we see. If you ever leave, it all stays with you.

Do your ads follow the GDC and ASA rules?

Yes. Every ad, form and landing page we write follows the GDC’s guidance on ethical advertising and the ASA’s CAP Code: accurate claims, clear pricing and finance terms, consent for any patient imagery, and no pressure tactics.
