Yorkshire Dental Suite was an outstanding single practice in a fiercely competitive area, surrounded by long-established names and fighting to be seen. The clinical work was exceptional; the marketing and the systems behind it simply weren't built to turn that quality into scale.
To grow from a respected local practice into a recognisable brand, YDS needed three things it didn't have: a way to genuinely stand out in a saturated market, paid campaigns that could reliably bring in high-value patients, and a CRM capable of handling that volume without dropping a single lead.
We treated YDS like a brand, not just a practice, and built the marketing and the infrastructure to scale it.
A standout brand and content engine. We built a distinctive identity around user-generated content and helped the practice pioneer its own signature treatment, creating genuine demand for something no competitor could offer. Cleverly produced video and imagery made YDS impossible to scroll past across every platform.
Leading ads that scaled. We ran and continuously optimised Google and Meta campaigns engineered to bring in high-value treatment patients, scaling spend into the audiences and creative that converted as the performance data compounded month on month.
A bespoke CRM to handle the growth. We implemented a tailored CRM that captured every enquiry, automated follow-up, and gave the team concrete data on every lead's journey, the backbone that allowed the practice to grow fast without leads slipping through the cracks.
The combination was transformational. Bookings jumped from a handful a week to twenty or thirty a day, and monthly revenue doubled from around £500k to £1m. The internal sales team grew tenfold to keep pace with demand.
Most strikingly, the success of the model led to four further practices opening across the UK, with more in the pipeline, turning a single Yorkshire clinic into a genuine multi-site dental brand.
