Client challenges

Infinity Dental Clinic was already a successful, well-established implant practice turning over around £700k a month. But strong revenue can hide inefficiency, and beneath the headline numbers the marketing had clear gaps holding back the next stage of growth, including the ambition to open a second clinic in Harrogate.

  • Never run Meta ads. The clinic had never advertised on Meta, leaving an entire high-performing channel and audience completely untapped.
  • Wasted Google spend. Campaigns were badly mismatched, with composite bonding ads showing for implant searches and implant ads showing for bonding searches, burning budget on the wrong intent.
  • A growth ceiling. Without new channels and cleaner targeting, scaling revenue and supporting a second site would be difficult.
  • Limited visibility. No clear view of which activity was driving the most valuable enquiries.

The solution

We focused on opening up a major new channel and fixing the leaks in the existing one, so every pound of spend finally pulled in the same direction.

Introduced Meta advertising. We launched Meta ads for the first time in the clinic's history, opening up a powerful new source of high-value enquiries the practice had never tapped before.

Cleaned up Google Ads. We restructured the search account so the right ads matched the right intent, implant ads for implant searches and bonding ads for bonding searches, ending wasted spend and lifting the quality of every lead.

A CRM for clarity and scale. We tightened lead tracking so the team could see exactly what was working, giving them the confidence and data to scale spend and expand.

Within five months, the combination of a brand-new Meta channel and a properly structured Google account lifted both lead quality and volume on top of an already strong £700k-a-month base.

Crucially, that extra, more reliable demand made it far easier for Infinity to scale into its new Harrogate clinic, turning a single successful practice into a growing multi-site implant brand.
