Smile White was a brand-new clear-aligner company taking on global giants like Invisalign and Smile Direct Club, with everything to build and everything to prove. The ambition was enormous: become a household name in aligners and the brand dentists across the country wanted to offer.

  • Competing with industry giants. Going head to head with brands like Invisalign on a fraction of the budget.
  • No pipeline or systems. Needing a smooth journey for customers to flow through, from first interest to treatment.
  • Retention and upselling. Building the systems to keep customers happy and coming back.
  • Presence from scratch. Creating real demand across paid and organic social, and being found on Google on a smaller budget.

The solution

This was a true 360 growth partnership, led by Nuvic founder Dal Khosa, working across every lever of the business rather than a single channel.

Stand-out content and brand. We created unique, user-generated-style video content that stood out sharply from polished competitors, building trust with the public at scale.

Full-funnel paid acquisition. We ran paid and organic across Meta, TikTok and Google, building demand and capturing it efficiently even against far bigger ad budgets.

CRM, retention and AI. We built the CRM and adopted AI within our platforms to make sure customers were nurtured, retained and upsold, turning one-off interest into long-term value.

Growing the dentist network. We helped recruit and onboard the partner dentists who would offer Smile White, expanding the brand's reach right across the country.
