A bold, experience-led Loughborough clinic we helped scale by building its in-house team, shaping its brand direction and engineering its paid acquisition.
The Dentalist had built one of the most distinctive, experience-led brands in UK dentistry, a clinic in Loughborough that patients remember and genuinely talk about. What it needed next was the team, the structure and the paid-media firepower to turn that brand into consistent, high-value growth.
We worked as an embedded growth partner for The Dentalist, building capability inside the business as well as running the marketing that drives it.
Developed and trained the in-house team. We developed and trained their internal team, building the skills and structure they needed to run marketing and patient acquisition with confidence in-house.
Recruitment support. We assisted with recruitment, helping the practice bring in the right people to support its growth ambitions.
Brand direction. We advised on brand direction, sharpening how the clinic's bold personality translated across its marketing and patient experience.
Google Ads, properly set up. We set up and structured Google Ads to capture high-intent search demand for the treatments that matter most.
Meta funnels built to convert. We built out full funnels within Meta ads, carrying prospective patients from first awareness through to a booked consultation rather than relying on one-off impressions.
With a trained in-house team, the right people in place, a clear brand direction and properly built Google and Meta funnels, The Dentalist gained both the capability and the acquisition engine to grow on its own terms.
The result is a practice that no longer depends on any single person or channel to bring patients through the door, one of dentistry's most distinctive brands, now set up for sustainable, scalable growth from the inside out.
