Space Dental was already a serious operation, but its paid performance had gone the wrong way. Lead volume had dropped while cost per lead climbed sharply across both Google and Meta, squeezing margins and putting growth at risk.
We rebuilt Space Dental's acquisition from the ground up, focused on profitable growth rather than raw lead volume.
Rebuilt, intent-led ads. We created new Google and Meta campaigns with clear goals, Google bidding only on proven converting keywords and Meta deployed against a sharper, better-qualified audience, then optimised the website so the traffic we paid for actually converted.
Content that earns attention. We refreshed the creative so the ads stood out in the feed and spoke directly to high-value treatment seekers.
A bespoke CRM for visibility and scale. We implemented a tailored CRM so every lead was tracked end to end, follow-up was automated, and the group finally had accurate reporting on cost per lead, conversion and return, the data needed to scale spend with confidence.
Cost per lead fell sharply on Meta, Google conversions rose as the website was optimised, and the whole funnel became measurable and profitable again. With acquisition fixed and the CRM driving conversion, monthly revenue grew from £1.2m to £1.78m.
Space Dental moved from firefighting rising costs to scaling on solid, data-backed foundations.
