Client challenges

White & Co. is one of London's premium dental and aesthetics names, with over 25 years of reputation and three clinics across Battersea and West Wickham. Running a multi-site group at that level brings a particular challenge: keeping acquisition, enquiry handling and conversion consistent and high-performing across every location.

  • Fragmented systems across clinics. Three practices without a single, unified view of leads made it hard to manage and measure new-patient demand.
  • High-value treatments needing volume. Aligners, implants and cosmetic work required a steady flow of qualified enquiries, not just awareness.
  • Friction in the enquiry-to-consult journey. Prospective aligner patients needed an easier, lower-pressure way to take the first step.
  • Conversion left on the table. Without structured sales training, not every enquiry was being turned into a booked, paying patient.

The solution

We built White & Co. a connected growth system spanning all three clinics, joining up acquisition, technology and the team itself.

A full multi-clinic CRM. We integrated a single CRM across every practice so leads from all sources and locations are captured, tracked and reported in one place, giving the group complete visibility and control.

E-consults for aligners. We introduced an online consultation journey for aligner patients, letting them start their treatment journey from home and dramatically lowering the barrier to that first enquiry.

Meta and Google acquisition. We ran Meta campaigns for awareness and lead generation alongside Google search ads capturing high-intent demand, feeding a consistent pipeline of qualified enquiries straight into the CRM.

Sales training for the team. We trained the front-of-house and treatment-coordination teams to handle and convert enquiries with confidence, making sure the demand we generated actually became booked treatment.
