Client challenges

Ark Dentistry launched into one of the most competitive corners of the market, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Yorkshire, with no existing patient base, no reputation and no data to build on. A beautiful clinic and a skilled team count for nothing if nobody in the area knows you exist.

Starting from zero meant every part of the growth engine had to be built from scratch, and fast.

A standing start. No patient database, no reviews, no brand awareness and no historical campaign data to optimise against.
A crowded market. Competing for high-value treatments like implants, aligners and bonding against long-established local names.
No acquisition system. Nothing in place to generate, capture or convert new-patient enquiries at the volume needed to fill a new clinic.
Ambitious expansion plans. The goal was never one busy clinic, it was a multi-site Yorkshire brand, so the model had to be scalable from day one.

See how we approach dental marketing in Yorkshire.

The solution

We built Ark a complete patient-acquisition engine from the ground up and scaled it aggressively as the results came in.

Leading ads from day one. We launched Google and Meta campaigns engineered around Ark's highest-value treatments, then scaled spend hard into the winning audiences and creative as the data built, growing reach fast without letting cost per booking run away.

Content that built a brand from nothing. We produced a steady stream of standout social content, real transformations, patient stories and clinic personality, that turned an unknown name into a recognisable local brand at speed.

A bespoke CRM behind every lead. We implemented a tailored CRM and automation layer so every enquiry was captured instantly and followed up automatically, turning paid clicks into booked, high-value treatments and giving Ark the data to keep scaling.

The result

From a complete standing start, Ark Dentistry reached £200,000 a month in revenue within just four months, an exceptional trajectory for a brand-new practice in a competitive market.

That momentum didn't just fill one diary, it proved a scalable model. Ark has since expanded across Yorkshire with clinics in Huddersfield and Doncaster and further sites on the way, the kind of growth only possible when demand generation and a solid CRM are built to scale together.
