Client challenges

Batley Carr Dental is one of Dewsbury's most respected practices, a high-end clinic with hundreds of five-star reviews, a deep clinical team and a genuine reputation for life-changing smile transformations. What it didn't have was a marketing engine capable of matching that reputation and filling the diary on demand.

The practice was leaning largely on word of mouth, which is wonderful until you want to grow. There was no reliable, scalable way to put the clinic's best work in front of new patients across West Yorkshire, and no system to capture and convert the enquiries that did come in.

Reputation without reach. An outstanding clinic that too few prospective patients in the area actually knew about.
No scalable paid acquisition. Without structured Google and social campaigns, new-patient volume was unpredictable and difficult to grow on purpose.
Enquiries slipping away. Incoming leads weren't being captured, followed up and nurtured consistently, so good enquiries went cold.
High-value treatments under-promoted. Implants, Invisalign and composite bonding, the treatments that drive real revenue, weren't being marketed with intent.

See how we approach dental marketing in Yorkshire.

The solution

We built Batley Carr a proper growth system: leading paid campaigns to create demand at the front, and a bespoke CRM to make sure none of that demand went to waste.

Leading ads, built to scale. We launched and optimised Google and Meta campaigns engineered around the practice's highest-value treatments, leading with the real smile transformations the clinic is known for. As the performance data came in, we scaled spend into exactly what was working, steadily increasing reach without inflating the cost per booking.

Content that sells the transformation. We turned the clinic's standout before-and-after results and patient stories into scroll-stopping social creative, the kind of genuine social proof that turns a curious scroller into a booked consultation.

A bespoke CRM behind every enquiry. We built a tailored CRM and automation layer so every call, form and message is captured the moment it lands and followed up automatically, with reminders and nurture sequences that keep patients moving towards a confirmed appointment. Nothing slips through the cracks, and the team can see exactly what's converting and why.

The result

With demand-generating ads at the front and a bespoke CRM catching everything behind them, Batley Carr turned its reputation into measurable growth. New-patient bookings climbed 40%, and just as importantly, the practice now runs on a predictable, scalable system rather than hoping word of mouth keeps pace with its ambition.

The campaigns continue to scale, the CRM keeps conversion high, and the clinic's marketing finally matches the quality of the dentistry on offer.
